What is your turnaround time?
From the initial quote to the final installation, we can typically complete jobs in 7-14 business days. However, it also depends on the time of year and our manufacturer’s schedule. Since Norman custom makes each and every shutter, the turnaround time may range depending on their current wait times. If you inquire in the winter (our less busy season) we can accommodate your needs as efficiently as possible. We’re available at all times of year regardless, and we do our best to meet your timeline expectations.
